By using our website or booking services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing our website or using our services.

3. Services Provided

AOS home care LLC provides a range of professional cleaning services including, but not limited to, residential cleaning, office cleaning, commercial cleaning, after-party cleaning, post-construction cleaning, and specialized cleaning. The scope of work will be determined by the package or agreement confirmed at the time of booking.

4. Booking & Scheduling

• All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.
• Appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed once payment or deposit (if applicable) is received.
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding location, service requirements, and special instructions.
• Any last-minute changes are subject to approval and may incur additional charges.

5. Payments & Pricing

• Prices for services will be disclosed at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made in full upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept payments through approved methods listed on our website.
• Outstanding balances may result in late fees and suspension of future services.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not incur a fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur up to 50% of the service fee.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full charge of the booking.
• Rescheduling must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance and is subject to availability.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure:

• Safe and reasonable access to the property for our staff.
• That areas to be cleaned are free of hazards, such as exposed wiring or dangerous materials.
• That valuables, cash, and fragile items are secured prior to service.
• That pets are kept in safe areas away from the cleaning staff.

8. Service Guarantee & Limitations

• AOS home care LLC guarantees high-quality cleaning services performed by trained professionals.
• If you are dissatisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours for review and potential correction.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or improperly installed fixtures/furniture.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are deemed unsafe.

9. Liability

While our cleaners take utmost care, AOS home care LLC will not be held liable for:

• Loss or damage to personal property not secured or disclosed as fragile.
• Allergies or reactions caused by cleaning products unless specified in advance.
• Delays or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, accidents, or emergencies.

Our liability in any case shall not exceed the total cost of the service provided.

10. Staff & Conduct

Our staff are trained, background-checked, and expected to act professionally at all times. Clients must treat staff with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or unsafe requests will result in immediate termination of service.

11. Use of Website

• You agree to use AOS home care LLC’s website lawfully and responsibly.
• Copying, redistributing, or misusing content from our website without permission is prohibited.
• Unauthorized access attempts, hacking, or misuse of our online booking system may result in legal action.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

AOS home care LLC values your privacy. Any personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell client information to third parties without consent.

13. Force Majeure

AOS home care LLC will not be liable for failure or delay in service caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, power outages, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.

14. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AOS home care LLC operates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
